Spring Inspection Includes: 

• Inspect and clean condensate drain lines and pan(s)

• Inspect electrical wiring and connections, tightening of loose connections

• Inspect compressor operation

• Check refrigerant operating pressure for peak performance

• Inspect motor for excessive heat and noise

• Lubricate shaft bearings and motor if applicable

• Inspect for corrosion

• Clean and inspect around and inside unit

• Check drive belt for proper tension and alignment, adjust and/or align if required

• Inspect and test all capacitors

• Inspect indoor and/or outdoor condenser coils, comb and straighten bent fins

• If condenser and evaporator coils need to be cleaned, a recommendation will be made, but the cleaning is NOT included in the inspection

• Inspect outside air damper controls and motors 

• Tablets in condensate pan(s) to inhibit algae growth
